Fully-automatic Medical Surgical Face Mask Making Machine Production Line

This mask production line is for making surgical face masks and the machine produces 3-to-4-ply masks automatically by the following procedures.
1) Unwinding and feeding non-woven fabrics
2) Folding and laminating fabrics
3) Feeding and positioning nose bars
4) Welding and cutting the masks
5) Feeding and welding earloops

The above process is done automatically and continuously by PLC.

One More RO Water System Shipped to Australia

One more Reverse Osmosis Purification System was shipped to Australia. The order was from a previous customer's introduction again who had ordered 2 RO water systems from us in 2017. It is for producing the primary content of AdBlue® Diesel Exhaust Fluid - ultrapure water.

The RO water system employed Gundfos pumps (a world pump leader from Danmark) and DOW FilmTec (now DuPont's) membranes. As required, the RO system is manufactured with a 85% overal recovery rate.
