For spouted pouch products like yogurt, cocktails, or other drinks that do not need post-filling pasteurization, Calmus Machinery offers a turnkey filling and case packing solution. With our dedicated discharge slide lane and drop-off aligner installed at the pouch filler outlet, filled pouches can be fed directly to the collator before the case packer without an additional unscrambler.
Spouted Pouch Filler & Capper
Calmus Machinery can customize fillers and cappers for pouches with double- or single-side-groove spouts. With additional parts from us, one machine can handle both. Each of our pouch filling and capping machines integrates key features such as an indexing turntable, pouch feeding, filling, nitrogen injection, spout washing, cap feeding and screwing, fault detection, and pouch discharge. UV light disinfection is available as an option for both spouts and caps.
Stand-Up Pouch Case Packer
For stand-up pouches, especially spouted ones, there is a trend to package them upright into cases. Their upper parts can be peeled off along pre-cut tear-off lines, while the lower parts are kept as display cases. As a leading manufacturer of case packers in China, Calmus Machinery offers RSC, lock-bottom and wrap-around case packers for stand-up pouches (doypacks). However, wrap-around cases are still our recommendation due to their superior structural strength. Our wrap-around case packer can handle up to 15 cases per minute.
