The bag in box forming and packaging line includes a carton erector, a carton lining machine (lining bags in erected cartons by one each), a filling machine, a liner bag sealer, a carton sealer and conveyors. The cartons can be sealed with tape or hot melt glue.

The carton lining machine inserts a poly bag in a box, open and folds the bag top over the box top, blow air to expand the bag to fit on the internal wall of carton better. The machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. High efficiency and labor saving.

The liner bag sealer takes the folded bag top off the box top, then folds it inwards from sides, vacuumizes the bag (optional), heat-seals the bag top and then folds it in the box.

The finished product is a spoutless bag in box, different from a standard bag-in-box which is with a spout and fitment. The line erects cartons and seals bottoms, inserts and lines open-top bags in cartons by one each to form bag-in-box, fills product, vacuumizes and heat-seals the bag tops, seals the box top. Fully-automatic Erect-Line-Fill-Seals packaging line.

This bag in box line is designed for packaging fluids like margarine, butter and shortening with spoutless bags in boxes. This bag in box filling and packaging line includes  a carton erector, a poly bag inserter (carton lining machine), a weigh filling machine, a bag sealer, a carton sealer and conveyors. The cartons can be sealed with tape or hot melt glue.

This poly bag inserter feeds film from a roll stock, cuts and seals to form a bag, inserts the bag in an erected carton, opens and cuffs the bag over the carton top flaps, blows air to extend the bag to fit the internal wall of carton better. The machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. High efficiency and labor saving.

The bag sealer uncuffs the bag off the carton top flaps, then folds it inwards from sides, vacuumizes the bag (optional), heat-seals the bag top and then flattens it in the carton.

This is a customized Form-Insert-Seal Monoblock Case Packer | Cartoning Machine for packaging stand up pouches with cartons. It works by erecting flat-fold cartons and sealing their bases to form cases, inserting filled stand up pouches in cases by delta robot (ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker) with help of a vision system, seal the case tops with tape, all fully-automatic. Case forming, pouch inserting and case sealing 3-in-1. Two different-capacity stand up pouches are to be packed by lying down in respective cartons according to preset specific patterns. However, we can manufacture different pouch cartoners to meet different customers' requirements. This case packer can be easily installed by customers themselves, so is an ideal cartoning machine during the pendamic period.

What is AdBlue?

AdBlue is a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) used in diesel vehicles to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) particles. Diesel vehicles are now required to meet tough NOx standards to help control air pollution. The preferred method involves injecting Diesel Exhaust Fluid into the exhaust system. 

Composed of de-ionised water (67.5%) and urea (32.5%), AdBlue is a brand name registered by the German Association of the Automotive Industry, often used interchangeably with Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF).

How does AdBlue Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) work?

AdBlue is required for selective catalytic reduction (SCR). The fluid enters the exhaust system of a vehicle, where the aqueous urea is converted into ammonia and carbon dioxide. This ammonia (NH3) reduces the amount of NOx particles by converting them into harmless water (H20) and nitrogen (N2), which are themselves released into the atmosphere through the exhaust system.

Fully-automatic Valved Cup Mask Making Machine Production Line

This production line for producing cup-shaped face masks with valves and it makes 3-to-6-ply valved respirators/masks automatically by the following procedures.

1) Unwinding and feeding non-woven fabrics;

2) Forming and cutting cups;

3) Feeding and mounting nose clips;

4) Feeding and stapling headloops.

5) Cutting holes for exhalation valves;

6) Fitting and welding exhalation valves.
