Monoblock Cartoning Machine for Bag-in-Box Packaging

This is a China-made fully-automatic erect-insert-seal 3-in-1 packaging machine for cartoning filled 3-25 litre bags as final bag-in-box products. It works by erecting flat-fold cartons and sealing their bases to form boxes, inserting filled bags in boxes by one each from conveyor with the help of hopper, sealing the carton box tops with tape or hot-melt glue, fully-automatically. The bag-in-box cartoning machine can be customized according to customers' requirements. This monoblock packaging machine can be installed easily by customers themselves.

It is a downstream machine for bag-in-box packaging and needs to work with a bag-in-box filler. We also have the upstream bag in box filler, fully-automatic.

Bag in Box Line for Packaging Shortening in Bulk

One bag in box line is ready for a local customer in China to package shortening with lined carton boxes. It includes a carton erector, a poly bag inserter, a double-head weigh filler, a bag sealer, a box sealer, a palletizer and conveying systems.

The bag in box line erects cartons and seals bottoms, inserts and lines bags in cartons by one each from a roll stock film to form bag-in-box packaging (lined cartons), weigh fills with hot-melt shortening, vacuumizes and heat-seals the bag tops, seals the box top. A palletizer is optional for stacking sealed boxes on pallets.

The poly bag inserter feeds film from a roll stock, cuts and seals to form a bag, inserts the bag in an erected carton, opens and cuffs the bag over the carton top flaps, blows air to extend the bag to fit the internal wall of carton better.

The bag sealer uncuffs the bag off the carton top flaps, then folds it inwards from sides, vacuumizes the bag (optional), heat-seals the bag top and then flattens it in the carton.

Erect-Line-Fill-Seals Bag in Box Packaging Line. This bag in box forming, filling and sealing line is designed for packaging nuts or granules with liner bags in boxes. Erect cartons and seal bottoms to form boxes, insert and line open-top bags in cartons, fill products, vacuumize and heat-seal bags, seal box top, all automatically.

The bag in box forming and packaging line includes a carton erector, a carton lining machine (lining bags in erected cartons by one each), a filling machine, a liner bag sealer, a carton sealer and conveyors. The cartons can be sealed with tape or hot melt glue.

The carton lining machine inserts a poly bag in a box, open and folds the bag top over the box top, blow air to expand the bag to fit on the internal wall of carton better. The machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. High efficiency and labor saving.

The liner bag sealer takes the folded bag top off the box top, then folds it inwards from sides, vacuumizes the bag (optional), heat-seals the bag top and then folds it in the box.

The finished product is a spoutless bag in box, different from a standard bag-in-box which is with a spout and fitment. The line erects cartons and seals bottoms, inserts and lines open-top bags in cartons by one each to form bag-in-box, fills product, vacuumizes and heat-seals the bag tops, seals the box top. Fully-automatic Erect-Line-Fill-Seals packaging line.

This bag in box line is designed for packaging fluids like margarine, butter and shortening with spoutless bags in boxes. This bag in box filling and packaging line includes  a carton erector, a poly bag inserter (carton lining machine), a weigh filling machine, a bag sealer, a carton sealer and conveyors. The cartons can be sealed with tape or hot melt glue.
