This Case Forming and Lining Line erects cartons and seals bottoms, inserts poly bags in cartons by one each from a roll stock film, opens and cuffs the bag over the carton flaps, blow air to expand the bags to fit on the internal wall of cartons better to form lined cartons ready for filling products. This line includes a carton erector and a poly bag inserter (also called carton lining machine).

1. Carton Erector
Also called case former. It erects cartons, folds and seals bottoms with tape or hot-melt glue.
Specifications:
Erecting type: vertical or horizontal.

2. Poly Bag Inserter
Also called carton lining machine or liner placer. This poly bag inserter inserts a poly bag in a box from a roll stock film, open and cuff the bag over the carton flaps, blow air to expand the bag to fit on the internal wall of carton better.
The carton lining machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. High efficiency and labor saving.

Applicable carton dims: L250-550*W200-400*H150-40 0mm, also can be customized
