Monoblock Cartoning Machine for Bag-in-Box Packaging

This is a China-made fully-automatic erect-insert-seal 3-in-1 packaging machine for cartoning filled 3-25 litre bags as final bag-in-box products. It works by erecting flat-fold cartons and sealing their bases to form boxes, inserting filled bags in boxes by one each from conveyor with the help of hopper, sealing the carton box tops with tape or hot-melt glue, fully-automatically. The bag-in-box cartoning machine can be customized according to customers' requirements. This monoblock packaging machine can be installed easily by customers themselves.

It is a downstream machine for bag-in-box packaging and needs to work with a bag-in-box filler. We also have the upstream bag in box filler, fully-automatic.

Bag in Box Line for Packaging Shortening in Bulk

One bag in box line is ready for a local customer in China to package shortening with lined carton boxes. It includes a carton erector, a poly bag inserter, a double-head weigh filler, a bag sealer, a box sealer, a palletizer and conveying systems.

The bag in box line erects cartons and seals bottoms, inserts and lines bags in cartons by one each from a roll stock film to form bag-in-box packaging (lined cartons), weigh fills with hot-melt shortening, vacuumizes and heat-seals the bag tops, seals the box top. A palletizer is optional for stacking sealed boxes on pallets.

The poly bag inserter feeds film from a roll stock, cuts and seals to form a bag, inserts the bag in an erected carton, opens and cuffs the bag over the carton top flaps, blows air to extend the bag to fit the internal wall of carton better.

The bag sealer uncuffs the bag off the carton top flaps, then folds it inwards from sides, vacuumizes the bag (optional), heat-seals the bag top and then flattens it in the carton.

BIBF600 Filling Machine Bag-in-Box Filler

It is a fully-automatic and web-fed bag-in-box filling machine made in China. This bag-in-box filler is designed for filling 2-25L spouted bags with a wide range of liquids. This bag in box filler is especially for food packaging and widely used for packaging drinking water, fresh milk, edible oil, liquid egg, post-mix syrup and beverage. The fluid-contact parts except the flexible filling pipe are made of grade 316L stainless steel. The flexible filling pipe is made in EU and FDA certifed. Certainly this filling system also can be used to package liquid soap, motor oil, desiel exhaust fluid (AdBlue/DEF), engine coolant.

This bag in box filler is fed with pre-cut continuous module bags. The whole process of bags feed, decapping, vacuumization (optional), nitrogen injection (optional), filling, capping, cutting apart from continuous bags and transiting to the conveyor can be completed automatically, no human operation required. This filling machine is designed with CIP (Clean-in-Place) function and pipeline connection.

Case Forming and Lining Line - Carton Erector and Bag Inserter

This Case Forming and Lining Line erects cartons and seals bottoms, inserts poly bags in cartons by one each from a roll stock film, opens and cuffs the bag over the carton flaps, blow air to expand the bags to fit on the internal wall of cartons better to form lined cartons ready for filling products. This line includes a carton erector and a poly bag inserter (also called carton lining machine).

1. Carton Erector

Also called case former. It erects cartons, folds and seals bottoms with tape or hot-melt glue.

2. Poly Bag Inserter

Also called carton lining machine or liner placer. This poly bag inserter inserts a poly bag in a box from a roll stock film, open and cuff the bag over the carton flaps, blow air to expand the bag to fit on the internal wall of carton better.

The carton lining machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. High efficiency and labor saving.
